Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a strong background in paid social and in-app advertising to drive user acquisition for Firsty. The ideal candidate has experience scaling Meta, TikTok, and in-app networks and a deep understanding of mobile attribution and performance tracking through tools like Appsflyer.
You will play a crucial role in optimizing paid social and in-app campaigns to maximize installs, engagement, and revenue while collaborating closely with our marketing, product, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and in-app networks to drive app installs and user retention.
Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPI, CLTV) through data-driven decision-making.
Manage attribution and tracking using Appsflyer or similar tools, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting.
Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives (static, video, UGC), audience targeting, and placements to maximize performance.
Work closely with creative teams to align ad creatives with messaging and audience insights.
Identify and scale new acquisition channels, including emerging ad networks.
Monitor and analyze performance data, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale campaigns profitably.
Manage budgets effectively, allocating spend to maximize return on investment.
Requirements :
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta, TikTok Ads, and in-app ad networks.
Expertise in mobile attribution and analytics tools, particularly Appsflyer (or similar).
Proven experience scaling app install campaigns and optimizing for in-app conversions.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
Experience running and optimizing UGC and video-based ad creatives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a test-and-learn mindset.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
