Role Overview

We are seeking a technically sharp and proactive Web Development Intern to help optimize the digital front door of our global challenger. In this role, you will go beyond basic content management to build the code and architecture that sits behind our Storyblok setup. You will work directly with our technical leadership and senior developers to turn marketing ideas into custom components and technical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

Develop custom components and technical infrastructure within Storyblok.
Write clean and scalable code for our frontend environment.
Translate marketing concepts into functional and high performing web pages.
Solve technical challenges that require moving beyond standard CMS blocks.

Performance and Optimization

Refine existing pages to ensure the site stays fast and responsive.
Implement technical SEO improvements and structured data.
Monitor website performance metrics and suggest technical upgrades.
Ensure a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.

Team Collaboration

Work directly with technical leadership and senior developers on live code.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new features and experiments.
Contribute to technical discussions regarding our website architecture.

Who You Are

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of frontend development and modern web technologies.
Excited to work on a live product that thousands of people interact with daily.
Proactive mindset with a desire to understand the "why" behind the code.
Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative attitude.
