Firsty is a mobile app that provides seamless global connectivity for travelers. Firsty offers two products: Firsty Free and Firsty Fast. With Firsty Free, enjoy a basic connection to essential apps like WhatsApp, Messenger, email, and Uber for free. (Yeah, really!) It’s the world's go-to solution for staying in touch without spending a dime.
With Firsty Free you stay connected for up to 60 minutes with unlimited data through a basic connection for the essentials. After 60 minutes, watch a 30-second advertisement to reconnect with unlimited data for the next interval.

What is a Firsty eSIM?
An eSIM, or embedded SIM, is a digital SIM card integrated directly into your device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Unlike traditional physical SIM cards, eSIMs are built into devices during manufacturing and cannot be physically removed or replaced by users. Firsty utilizes this eSIM technology to ensure continuous connectivity by remotely connecting you to local providers in the countries you visit, eliminating the need for manual (e)SIM card swaps.
What is Firsty Fast?
Firsty Fast is the premium, paid version of our application. By upgrading from Free to Fast, you gain instant access to high-speed internet in supported countries. Leveraging partnerships with telecom providers globally, Firsty ensures access to the fastest available networks. With Firsty Fast, you get 2 GB per day starting at €1.98 with transparent tracking and fair-priced top-up options.
Will I receive a phone number with my Firsty SIM?
Currently, Firsty is a mobile data-only solution, meaning phone numbers are outside our offering. However, thanks to eSIM technology, you can keep using your primary SIM card for calls and text messaging in parallel with your Firsty eSIM.
Can I enable tethering (personal hotspot) when using Firsty Fast?
Yes, you can! With Firsty Fast, you can use your personal hotspot (tethering), WiFi hotspot, or internet sharing feature on your device, as long as it's supported by your device and the network you're connected to. So, feel free to share your connection with friends or connect your other devices without any hassle.
Are there any hidden fees?
Firsty Free is free and will stay free. No additional costs are charged for Firsty Free. Firsty Free can only be used by watching advertisements.
Firsty Fast, our premium offering, guarantees swift data access at a daily rate that starts at 1.98 euros. This 'fair' rate is tailored to the duration of your journey and the number of days you require high-speed data. Manage it all through the app – no monthly fees or hidden costs, just your choice, your way.
Quick heads up: Firsty operates independently from your home carrier, and we don’t manage your phone plan. For detailed info on roaming charges with your secondary data plan (primary line), you should contact your carrier directly.
How do I know if my device supports eSIM?
Most phones manufactured since 2018 are eSIM-compatible, but it's essential to check for your specific device and location.
