How do the eSIMs reach my team?
Everyone on the order gets an email with a QR code and an install link. Scanning it installs the eSIM in about a minute, no shop visit and no physical SIM.
Can I add eSIMs or bundles later?
Yes. Add lines at any time from the dashboard. New lines are billed pro rata and land on the same invoice.
What happens when a travel plan runs out?
Data stops and nobody gets a surprise bill. Extend a plan from the dashboard, or the traveller tops up from the app.
How is this invoiced?
One invoice for the whole team, ex VAT. Travel eSIMs are charged one-off, local numbers monthly and cancellable per month.
