Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales manager to join our expanding team. As a sales manager, you'll play a pivotal role in formulating and executing our commercial strategy. Responsibilities

Requirements:

• A killer sales mindset with a track record of driving successful commercial outcomes.
• Ability to formulate and execute commercial strategies effectively.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Living in the Netherlands or Singapore and proficient in English.

Senior backend developer

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for our mobile application an API integrations.
• Define an architecture that can easily scale to support 1+ million users in the short term and scale indefinitely in the long run
• Collaborate with mobile app developers to ensure smooth data exchange and functionality
• Integrate multiple third party APIs
• Implement secure and efficient APIs, data storage, and communication protocols
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Develop new architecture
• Build up and lead a team of developers

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer, proficiency in backend technologies, and a strong understanding of system architecture
• Proficiency in Node.js/Java
• Proficiency in database management and design
• Experience with setting up a solid Firebase structure and migrating from Firebase to custom backend
• Familiarity with mobile app development and mobile specific considerations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
