Role Overview

  • Amsterdam, full-time.

  • Junior to senior, if you ship fast.

  • Product-led growth and developer experience.

  • Your north star is simple: make our B2B engine feel like Stripe, where a partner can land on our site, read the docs, grab an SDK and go live on their own, fully self-serve.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You take end to end ownership of our global B2C user acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and viral channels.

  2. Since you will not lead a team, you focus 100% on hands on execution. You personally launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and in app to drive efficient app installs.

  3. You own the funnel analytics and mobile attribution via AppsFlyer or an equivalent tool to identify bottlenecks and optimize for CAC, ROAS, CPI, and LTV.

  4. You design and execute fast paced experiments, ranging from landing pages and onboarding flows to referral programs and viral incentives.

  5. Finally, you work directly with product and engineering to ship growth features and maximize retention.

Requirements

  • You ship, fast. You build full-stack with modern tools and use AI like Claude Code to move at the speed of a small team on your own.

  • Comfortable across the stack: React on the front end, a modern back end like Node or Go. Years do not matter, output does.

  • A growth head. You care about activation, retention and conversion, and can read a metric and form a hypothesis.

  • You own a surface from design to build to measure to iterate, without anyone holding your hand.

  • You make technical products feel easy: good docs, clean APIs, real developer empathy. Stripe is the bar.

What We Offer

  • €3,500 to €7,500 gross per month, depending on experience.

  • Full ownership of your own surface, from design to build to measurement.

  • Direct daily work with the founders in our Amsterdam office.
