Firsty makes connectivity instant. No SIM, no roaming bill, online in seconds. Banks, super apps and travel platforms now build that same magic into their own products. We are a small team in Amsterdam, out of Adyen, going local in the Netherlands and Belgium and expanding into the UK and Germany. We are live in 30+ countries, work with partners like Uber and KBC, have 40+ live integrations running, and are on our way past €50k in monthly recurring revenue.

Role overview

  • Amsterdam, full-time.

  • Early in your career, big on ambition.

  • German native speaker required.

  • You own the top of the pipeline and the system behind it, opening the conversations that turn into deals with banks and super apps.

Key responsibilities

  • The whole top of the funnel across NL, BE, DE and the UK, deciding who to chase and running outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls.

  • The system behind it. Clay, Apollo, La Growth Machine and Claude are your friends.

  • The proposals, built together with the founders, so every good lead gets a fast, sharp answer.

  • The pipeline. You keep Attio clean and true, and you are the person we trust for the real numbers.

Requirements

  • A German native speaker who sells in German. This one really matters to us.

  • Early in your career but clearly going somewhere. Ambition and ownership beat years on a CV.

  • You want responsibility fast and get frustrated waiting for permission.

  • You like building small automations, and grinding the same task by hand annoys you.

  • You can sell something technical to serious companies without sounding like a robot.

What we offer

  • €3,200 to €4,200 gross per month, plus uncapped commission.

You get to shape the entire top of funnel from scratch, decide who we chase, and build the machinery that lets one person do the work of five. We hire early career on purpose because we want the person who grows into a commercial lead here, and Germany is a priority market for us right now.

The Team & Environment

We are a small team in Amsterdam. You are the growth engineering team, not part of a big one, so there's huge ownership and nobody to hide behind. The B2B funnel barely exists yet, you are building it, not tuning it. If you want a narrow ticket queue and a review on every PR, this is the wrong role.
