Role Overview
We are not looking for a manager who sits in meetings and delegates tasks. We are looking for a seasoned, autonomous Head of Growth who will single handedly own our entire B2C user acquisition engine from our office in Amsterdam.
You will have total freedom and a blank canvas, but very limited initial resources. This means you are the strategist and the executioner. You will design the growth loops, set up the campaigns, analyze the data, and build the funnel yourself. This is a full time, pure B2C role based on site. If your experience is primarily B2B or corporate heavy, this is not the right fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
You take end to end ownership of our global B2C user acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and viral channels.
Since you will not lead a team, you focus 100% on hands on execution. You personally launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and in app to drive efficient app installs.
You own the funnel analytics and mobile attribution via AppsFlyer or an equivalent tool to identify bottlenecks and optimize for CAC, ROAS, CPI, and LTV.
You design and execute fast paced experiments, ranging from landing pages and onboarding flows to referral programs and viral incentives.
Finally, you work directly with product and engineering to ship growth features and maximize retention.
Requirements
We require at least 10+ years of senior experience with a proven track record in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
You possess true startup or scale up DNA and have thrived in fast paced consumer tech environments. Pure corporate experience will not work here, as you need to know how to build from scratch with limited resources.
Your expertise is 100% B2C, meaning you have deep knowledge of mobile app growth, consumer psychology, and scaling a global retail user base.
You possess extreme autonomy and are comfortable being a one person army. You don't need a playbook, you write it.
On a technical level, you have a strong command of paid social, mobile attribution tools, and data analytics. You test, measure, and iterate ruthlessly.
This is an on site position, so you must be based in or within commuting distance to Amsterdam. Fluency in English is required.
