Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships Intern to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will help manage and grow Firsty's affiliate program by identifying new partnership opportunities, monitoring performance, and turning insights into action.

You will work closely with our affiliate platform, Conectia, to understand which affiliates are driving results, uncover opportunities we may be missing, and ensure our affiliate operations run smoothly. From comparison websites and publishers to influencers and travel platforms, you will play an important role in expanding Firsty's reach and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Performance & Analysis

Analyze affiliate performance using Conectia and other reporting tools
Monitor traffic, conversions, and revenue generated through affiliate channels
Identify high performing affiliates and uncover opportunities to scale successful partnerships
Spot underperforming partners and recommend actions to optimize or discontinue collaborations
Keep an eye on competitor activity and identify opportunities for Firsty to increase its visibility

Partner Research & Growth

Research and identify new affiliate opportunities, including comparison websites, blogs, publishers, influencers, and travel related platforms
Identify gaps in our current affiliate landscape and recommend valuable partnerships
Support outreach to potential affiliate partners and assist with onboarding new collaborations
Explore new ideas and initiatives to grow the affiliate channel

Campaign & Partner Management

Support the execution of affiliate campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate with affiliate partners to ensure campaigns are set up correctly
Help maintain strong relationships with existing partners and respond to partner requests
Ensure partners have access to the right assets, tracking links, and information

Affiliate Operations & Reporting

Validate affiliate commissions and help ensure payments are accurate
Maintain an organized overview of affiliate partnerships and campaign performance
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on affiliate performance
Translate data into actionable recommendations and share insights with the wider team
Work closely with Conectia to ensure reporting and tracking are accurate

Who You Are

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
Interested in affiliate marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, and digital growth
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
Comfortable working with data and identifying trends
Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills in English
Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership
Excited to learn and thrive in a fast moving startup environment
