Firsty APAC launched from Singapore earlier this year. Since then, we’ve been embedding telecom directly into the digital apps people use every day: e-wallets, ride-hailing apps, digital banks, and super apps. With a fast-growing partnership pipeline and multiple launches ahead, this is an exciting time to join the journey.
The Role
This is not a “watch and learn” internship. This is a build-the-engine role. We’re looking for a sharp, resilient, and commercially curious intern who’s excited to support the full partnership funnel, from prospecting and outreach to ops, CRM hygiene, and keeping deals moving.
You’ll work closely with the founders and the commercial team to turn market signals into real conversations and structured revenue opportunities.
What you will do:
Prospecting & Intelligence
Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by segment (banks, travel platforms, super apps, etc.)
Identify target accounts and map out the Decision-Making Unit (DMU)
Build and verify contact lists using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Track market news and partnership triggers to create timely outreach angles
Monitor competitor offerings and pricing signals to strengthen our sales hooks
Sales Development & Outreach
Set up SDR cadences across email and LinkedIn
Draft and iterate cold outreach sequences (with a focus on clarity, relevance, and conversion)
Personalize outreach based on each account’s product and customer journey
Own the first draft of key external comms (intro emails, follow-ups, partnership notes)
Pitch, Proposals & Sales Ops
Create and refine pitch decks and one-pagers (client-ready formatting matters)
Customize proposals and decks by segment, use case, and pain point
Help run the “CRM police” function: keeping Attio clean, consistent, and up to date
Support invoicing workflows and payment follow-ups when needed
Identify bottlenecks in our sales process and suggest automations to speed things up
Who you are:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Strong skills in presentation building, proposals, and deck polishing (you notice misalignment)
Comfortable with commercial numbers and basic deal economics
Excellent communication skills (English essential)
High “figure-it-out” energy: proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Thick skin and curiosity: you take feedback as fuel and enjoy improving fast
