The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, resilient, and commercially curious Partnerships & Sales Ops Intern who’s ready to help build the engine that drives our growth. You won’t just be “helping out” you’ll be a core member of our partnership team, working across prospecting, sales operations, and go-to-market execution.

Working directly with the founders in Amsterdam, you’ll learn how to turn messy market signals into structured revenue opportunities, and how strong sales ops creates speed, clarity, and momentum.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Intelligence

  • Identify leads and map out the Decision-Making Unit (DMU) for target accounts

  • Scrape and verify contact info using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, then enroll contacts into outreach sequences

  • Monitor news triggers to create timely sales hooks and track competitor pricing models

  • Prepare first drafts of client-ready pitch decks by customizing logos, data, and pain points so every slide looks polished and professional

Sales Operations (The “CRM Police”)

  • Keep our CRM (Attio) accurate and up to date, and help build automated ways to maintain data quality

  • Support invoicing and month-close workflows, ensuring invoices go out correctly and on time, and following up on payment status

  • Spot bottlenecks in our sales process and suggest improvements or automations to help us move faster

Who You Are

  • High “figure-it-out” factor: when you hit a wall, you try to climb it before asking for help

  • Tech literate: you pick up new tools quickly (Attio, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.)

  • Thick skin: you understand rejection is part of sales and treat feedback as fuel

  • Commercially curious: you want to understand how businesses grow and how deals get done

The Basics

  • Proficient in English (non-negotiable)

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with a real design eye (you notice misalignment)

  • Strong Excel/data skills (comfortable with datasets and lookups)

  • Availability: minimum 4 months, ideally 6 months

The Team & Environment

You’ll be based in Amsterdam, working with the full startup team as a true core member. You’ll also be using and testing our product daily, sharing insights and suggestions with the product team.
