Can I use an eSIM if I already have a physical SIM card?

Yes. Most people simply switch to Firsty as their main line, using our eSIM for calls, texts, and data instead of their old SIM. If you're not ready to switch fully, most modern phones also support having both active at once, so you can keep your physical SIM for calls and use Firsty's eSIM just for data.

What is included in a Firsty local plan?

Classic 15 and Classic 100 include full-speed data in Belgium and the EU up to your plan's allowance, then continue at 512 Kbps instead of cutting you off. World includes unlimited full-speed data in Belgium and the EU, so there's no cap to run into.

What countries does Firsty support?

Accepted Answer

Firsty's paid plans include data usable in 170 countries, with your Belgian eSIM automatically switching to local networks when you land, no manual setup required. Firsty Free covers 100+ countries at speeds up to 1 Mbps, enough for messaging and basic apps.

Do Firsty's Belgian local plans have a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

No contract required. Choose monthly and cancel anytime, or commit for a year to lock in a lower price instead.

Can I keep my current phone number with Firsty's local plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, porting your existing number in is free on every plan. If you'd rather get a new Belgian number instead, that's a one-time €1 fee on the paid plans, or €1 per month on Firsty Free.

When exactly do Firsty's local plans launch?

We don't have an exact date yet, but waiting list members will be the first to know. The moment Belgian plans go live, we'll email everyone on the list before it's announced anywhere else.
