What is Firsty World?

Firsty World is a monthly local plan for Belgium that keeps you connected everywhere: unlimited data at home, unlimited in the EU, and coverage in 176 countries beyond that. No new SIM, no new setup, wherever you go.

Where does Firsty World work?

In 176 countries, including Belgium and the rest of the EU. One connection, no switching plans per trip.

What do I get at home and in the EU?

Unlimited data, with 300 GB a month at full speed. After that you stay online at 512 Kbps until the month ends: no cut-off, no extra charges. If you use a lot in one day, the app sends a quick notification to check you're not a bot. Tap it and you carry on at full speed, free, as often as you need.

What happens when I travel outside the EU?

You get 50 GB of data across 176 countries, at full speed. No new setup needed, just connect when you land.

Can I call from anywhere on Firsty World?

Calling and texting is unlimited in the EU and Belgium. Outside the EU, calls run through your wallet, pay as you go.

Do I need to set up Firsty again for every trip?

No. Set up once before you leave, and it works automatically wherever you land, no new SIM or setup per country.

Can I keep my normal SIM active?

Yes, if your device supports dual SIM. Firsty handles your data, your regular SIM stays active for calls and texts on your usual number.

How much does Firsty World cost?

Right now it's €25 a month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. This promo price applies to new signups. Normally, monthly billing costs €35 a month. If you choose yearly billing, your price is locked for 12 months. After that it continues month to month, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
