Can I call from anywhere on the 15 GB plan?
Calls and SMS within Belgium are unlimited, plus 50 minutes of calls within the EU. Outside the EU, calls run through your wallet, pay as you go.
Do I need to set up Firsty again for every trip?
No. Set up once before you leave, and it works automatically wherever you land, no new SIM or setup per country.
Can I keep my normal SIM active?
Yes, if your device supports dual SIM. Firsty handles your data, your regular SIM stays active for calls and texts on your usual number.
How much does the 15 GB plan cost?
Right now it's €6.50 a month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. This promo price applies to new signups. Normally, monthly billing costs €7 a month. If you choose yearly billing, your price is locked for 12 months. After that it continues month to month, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
Where can I use my 15 GB?
You can use your 15 GB in Belgium, in all EU countries, and in 11 other countries: the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Turkey, Ukraine and Moldova. It costs the same as at home, with no extra roaming fees.
Your 15 GB is shared across all these countries. It doesn’t reset when you travel, so any data you use abroad counts towards the same allowance.
