What is the Firsty 15 GB plan?

Firsty 15 GB is a monthly local plan for Belgium with 15 GB of data at home and in the EU, plus data to keep you connected in 176 countries when you travel.

What do I get at home and in the EU?

15 GB at full speed. Once that's used, you stay online at 512 Kbps for the rest of the month, no cut-off, no extra charges.

What happens when I travel outside the EU?

You get 1 GB of data across 176 countries at full speed, no setup needed, just connect when you land.

Can I call from anywhere on the 15 GB plan?

Calls and SMS within Belgium are unlimited, plus 50 minutes of calls within the EU. Outside the EU, calls run through your wallet, pay as you go.

Do I need to set up Firsty again for every trip?

No. Set up once before you leave, and it works automatically wherever you land, no new SIM or setup per country.

Can I keep my normal SIM active?

Yes, if your device supports dual SIM. Firsty handles your data, your regular SIM stays active for calls and texts on your usual number.

How much does the 15 GB plan cost?

€7 a month, or €6.50 a month billed yearly. The yearly price is locked for 12 months, then continues month to month, pause or cancel anytime.
