Questions? We've got you.

We know, it sounds too good to be true. But it’s real. Here’s how.

Is eSIM available in Mauritania?

Yes, eSIM is available in Mauritania! Firsty offers two main plans: Classic and Unlimited, providing flexible data options based on your needs while traveling in Mauritania.

What are the eSIM plans available in Mauritania?

Firsty provides two eSIM options in Mauritania:

Classic: Prepaid data bundles from 0.5 to 50 GB at the highest available speed, valid for 30 days after activation. A good fit for lighter users or shorter trips who want a fixed amount of data without paying by the day.

Unlimited: Unlimited data at the highest available speed, with 5 GB per day at full speed and 512 Kbps for the rest of the cycle. Best for streaming, video calls, hotspot use and longer trips.

How can I activate a travel eSIM for Mauritania?

2. Open the app and follow the setup process to activate your Classic or Unlimited eSIM.

3. Once you arrive in Mauritania, your eSIM will automatically be ready to use based on your plan.

4. For high-speed internet, choose Unlimited, which you can purchase and activate directly from the app.

What is the best way to get data in Mauritania?

Classic gives you a prepaid data bundle at the highest available speed, while Unlimited gives you unlimited daily data for streaming, video calls and hotspot use. Mauritania’s top mobile providers, such as Mauritel, Mattel, and Chinguitel, ensure you are connected to the best available network, whether you are in Nouakchott, Nouadhibou, or Atar.

Can I create a hotspot with my eSIM Mauritania plan?

Yes! With Unlimited, you can create a hotspot in Mauritania to share your internet connection with others.
