Services
This is a prepaid, number-independent mobile internet access service provided via an eSIM (embedded SIM). No physical equipment is provided or required.
Firsty Free: A time-limited internet session (e.g., up to 30 minutes) provided in exchange for viewing third-party advertising content.
Day Pass: Unlimited data for a continuous 24-hour period, available on a per-country or multi-country basis2. This includes a daily high-speed data allowance, after which speeds are reduced.
Comfort+ Day Pass: 512 MB and 1 GB of high-speed data at different speed tiers.
First Class Day Pass: 5 GB of ultra high-speed data.
Monthly Subscription: A 30-day plan with a fixed data allowance, valid in 120 countries.
Economy Subscription: 1.5 GB of high-speed data.
Comfort+ Subscription: 5 GB of high-speed data.
First Class Subscription: 20 GB of high-speed data.
Calling: Voice over IP (VoIP) voice calls, charged on a per-minute basis from pre-purchased calling credits.
Speeds of the internet service and remedies
Day Pass Mobile Internet Speed: As this is a mobile internet service, actual speeds are not guaranteed and depend on factors like your location, device, and local network congestion.
Estimated Maximum Speeds: Day Passes (Economy and Comfort+) offer initial high-speed data at up to 5Mbps. The First Class Day Pass provides the highest speed available on the local network at the time of connection.
Reduced Speed: After the high-speed data allowance on a Day Pass is consumed, data speed is reduced to a maximum of 512 Kbps for the rest of the 24-hour period, allowing for continued basic connectivity.
Subscriptions grants the Subscriber access to the highest network speed available on the local network at the time of connection. This speed is applicable to all data usage up to the limit of the plan's specified data allowance
Remedies: In case of continuous or regularly recurring discrepancies between the actual service performance and the performance indicated, you have rights under the legal guarantee of conformity. You can contact our support team at support@firsty.app for troubleshooting and to exercise your rights under our refund policy. For disputes, you may also contact the Belgian Ombudsman for Telecommunications.
Price
Activation Fee: There are no activation fees for the service.
Firsty Free: This service is provided not for money, but in exchange for your willingness to view advertising content.
One-Time Charges (incl. taxes):
Day Passes: A single payment is required to activate a 24-hour pass. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
Calling Credits: Credits for the calling service are purchased in advance in EUR or USD.
Recurring Charges (incl. taxes):
Monthly Subscriptions: The following prices are charged every 30 days:
Economy Subscription (1.5 GB):4.5 EUR per month.
Comfort+ Subscription (5 GB):11.5 EUR per month.
First Class Subscription (20 GB):35 EUR per month.
Consumption-Related Charges:
Data: Once the data allowance in a subscription or the high-speed allowance in a Day Pass is depleted, you must purchase a new plan or a data top-up to regain high-speed access.
Calling: Calls are charged per minute against your credit balance. The specific rates vary by destination and are available within the app.
Duration, renewal and termination
Duration: Day Passes are valid for 24 hours from activation. Subscriptions have a duration of 30 days.
Renewal: Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date. Day Passes do not automatically renew.
Termination: You may terminate the service at any time by cancelling your active subscription in the app or deleting your profile. As this is a prepaid service, there are no early termination fees.
